My view is that while dreams are important, job decisions should also be grounded in reality.
First, it is obvious that encouraging young people to follow their passion can lead to greater job satisfaction and long-term motivation. This is because not only will they enjoy their daily work, but that their enthusiasm can drive them to overcome obstacles and achieve excellence. As a result, those who work in the fields they love are more likely to experience personal fulfilment and even make meaningful contributions to society. For example, many successful artists and entrepreneurs today started by pursuing their childhood dreams, despite initial financial difficulties.
Moreover, actually, choosing a job based on interest may also help build a unique skill set that cannot be easily replaced by others. For instance, creative industries and innovative technologies often require people who are deeply engaged and think outside the box. If young people are given the freedom to explore such careers, they might bring new ideas and energy into the workforce.

Fortunately, with proper guidance, it is possible to find a balance between passion and practicality.
