As for my physical exercise, I love to take long walks in the park or by the river. I walk almost every weekend. I would like to drive to somewhere which is quiet and full of fresh air and I will walk around for up to 5 kilometres.

Yes, I think taking kids to physical activities will bring them a wide variety of benefits, both physical and mental. Firstly, teenage will be healthier if they do the physical exercise frequently. Besides, they will easily make new friends if they get involved in the teamwork. What’s more, doing sports can also contribute to the development of self-esteem in kids.

When I was very young I liked playing football with my classmates. We always played it two or three times a week. I play football all along the middle school and then university. I now still kick the ball sometimes during the weekend.

Oh on I think the extreme sports are not for me because although they are very thrilling, they can be too dangerous and sometimes deadly.

Well, in China, it’s kind of hard to say but people that I know around me tend to running and hiking in the nearby parks, but maybe for others, they’ll probably go for the more exciting sports, like football, basketball.
